TIME AND TIDE BEACH APARTMENT  is located at Semaphore, South Australia . The architecturally-designed apartment was built in 1996 and is now a private holiday house. It is centrally located with panoramic views of the coast and Semaphore's esplanade.

The apartment which is cleanlined and contemporary, accommodates two people. The open plan living area incorporates a dining area and well-equipped kitchen which has modern appliances and can be stocked with food at your request. French doors open onto a verandah and outside entertaining area with barbecue. The comfortable main bedroom adjoins the walk-through dressing room, bathroom and well-equipped laundry.

Adelaide CBD is approximately 20 minutes away by car or train. The international and domestic airport terminals are approximately 15 minutes away.
