Musgrave Manor is located 2 hours from Adelaide, the house sits on 1.3 acres of lush manicured gardens. It consists of five bedrooms with bedding configuration of 4 rooms with Queen-size chiropractic beds, and one room of two single chiropractic beds. It sleeps 10-NOT IN BUNKS, and does have the ability to sleep more by agreement.

There are two bathrooms with the spacious ensuite to the huge master bedroom accessible through robes into a large double shower for romantic getaways. There is a main entertainment room with large home theatre and bar, separate lounge with TV and DVD and huge open kitchen dining area appointed as a home away from home. This leads out onto a large under main roof deck which has BBQ, outdoor dinging and 10 person heated spa, with 180 degree sea views across St Vincent’s Gulf to the Adelaide Hills.

Recent recipient of a silver medal in the Deluxe Accommodation category at the annual Yorke Peninsula Tourism Awards. The house has a fully equipped laundry and 8 televisions in total with all connected so you can view either free to air television, Austar/Foxtel, DVD, and video, there is also piped music from the integrated stereo system which is MP3 compatible to the Dining Room, Deck and Master bedroom.

Access is via ramps to the front and back of the house, we are pet friendly with a kennel. Bowls and pooper scooper, pets are allowed on the Deck but not in the home. Under cover parking for 4 cars, Outdoor BBQ area, fire pit, pergola, fish cleaning hut and boat wash area. This house is set up with circular drive way for ease of access with boat trailers, crab cooker, fish cleaning, bait fridge, crab rakes and tubs supplied. 2 minute walk to the beach and walking/bike trails. 3 minute drive to the boat ramp and jetty.
