Rattleys at Pear Tree Hollow is a self contained cottage for one couple set in 8 acres of garden and bush. This is a haven for small birds, while in the morning the songs of magpies and other warblers and whistlers welcome the day. Situated in the lee of the hills it offers a panoramic vista of the beautiful Inman Valley.

The cottage is built to fit well with the environment. The temperate maritime climate and double brick construction ensures year round comfort. The property is eco-friendly with the only power supply a wind turbine; the cooking facilities, water heater and refrigerator are gas and a wood heater ensures cosy comfort in winter.

Rattleys is situated one hour south of Adelaide at the centre of the Fleurieu Peninsula; all the attractions of the Fleurieu are easily accessible. The pristine Normanville beach, the dive sites at Rapid Bay, Deep Creek Conservation Park or Victor Harbor are all within half an hour. There are art galleries, wineries, restaurants and good shopping within this range too. The Heysen Trail is also nearby.
